We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Dubai market
, connecting with companies across sectors and introducing how AI can drive measurable results for their operations.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning Finit
X as the trusted partner for AI-enabled transformation.
- Drive B2B sales efforts focused on AI-powered software and intelligent automation.
- Research and identify new business opportunities across industries.
- Initiate and lead client conversations, from first contact through closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape solution proposals based on client needs.
- Represent Finit
X at relevant networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings in Dubai. - Track and report performance metrics using CRM and sales tools.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai business environment and local decision-makers.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Background in selling custom or consultative tech solutions
. - Existing network in UAE’s tech, logistics, finance, or services sectors.
- Familiarity with modern CRM systems and sales automation tools.
