Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their needs and requirements.
- Handle all assigned leads within 30 minutes to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and performance in a clear and engaging manner.
- Explain brand services at point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Collect and verify all required documentation to ensure timely invoicing and processing.
- Monitor market trends and pricing movements to remain competitive.
- Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer value and increase sales.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager / Head of Used Cars.
- Meet and exceed conversion rate targets as defined by management.
- Prepare accurate quotations, discounts, and financing calculations.
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the delivery specialist to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on active bookings until successful vehicle handover.
- Schedule appointments and visits with prospective customers.
- Attend training programs and sales meetings to support continuous improvement and monthly target achievement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager in Charge.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within an automotive or dealership environment
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is required
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic is an advantage - Software: Computer literate with basic CRM and MS Office skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to close deals
