Hive Homes Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based real estate advisory specializing in residential sales, leasing, and property investment. We work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, delivering a professional, data-driven, and client-focused experience.

As part of our growth, we are looking for aTelesales Executive
to support our sales team by qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for our property consultants.

Role Overview

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying buyer and seller leads, and ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team. This role is target-driven and plays a critical part in the overall sales performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing leads generated through portals, digital campaigns, and internal databases
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Qualify buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads based on set criteria
  • Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type, purpose)
  • Book and coordinate appointments for real estate agents
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and client details in the CRM
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and improve conversion
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, qualified leads, appointments)
  • Collaborate closely with agents and management to improve lead quality
  • Maintain professional communication and represent the Hive Homes brand at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum1–2 years of telesales real estate experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    , Arabic or additional languages are a plus
  • Proven ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
