SAAS - Experienced Business Development Manager
Overview
ONSITE | DUBAI AND ABU DHABI.
SALARY : 15 000 - 22 000 AED PER MONTH BASIC + A Rapid commission scheme for hunters and achievers.
This is a pure HUNTER role
. No warm pipeline.
No hand-me-down accounts.

1️⃣ Do you have SaaS sales experience closing NEW LOGOS (not managing accounts)?
2️⃣ Are you 100% outbound, generating your own leads and converting them into real deals?
3️⃣ Are you comfortable on the phone and meeting clients onsite in great locations?
4️⃣ Do you actively use lead generation tools and know which ones actually work?

Responsibilities- Build pipeline from ZERO
- Own the full SaaS sales cycle end to end
- Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close
- Be out in the market, meeting decision-makers face to face
- Win new logos and do it again… and again
- You love outbound and take pride in self-generated pipeline
- You measure yourself by deals closed, not meetings attended
- You enjoy the grind and the wins that come with it
- You want a role where performance actually matters
