the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Medical Representative to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong sales and marketing background
, particularly in the healthcare services sector. You will be responsible for promoting our cord blood stem cell banking services
, engaging with healthcare professionals, and building brand awareness across Dubai and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities Promote Services
  • Promote cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and healthcare professionals across relevant specialties.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and educational content to drive awareness and understanding.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clinics and medical centers (e.g., gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, cosmetic surgery) for new business opportunities.
Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape business development strategies.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including planning campaigns, creating promotional materials, and managing campaign timelines.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and medical staff.
  • Use Salesforce CRM (or similar) to manage leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Brand Development
  • Support brand positioning by clearly communicating the benefits of stem cell banking.
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and medical forums.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Stay updated with medical regulations and company policies.
  • Submit timely and accurate activity reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, healthcare, marketing, or business).
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
    , ideally within healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Dubai and the GCC region.
