Its mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid-term rentals, as well as any operations related to turning over guests, and to optimise listings to incur a maximum yield for the client. The company manages around 6000 properties across 20 cities, has sold 1,200,000+ guest nights, and generated rental income of €200m+ for owners.
Guest Ready is expanding in the UAE and seeks team members who can push the vision forward. We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit the business. This role spans increasing Guest Ready’s supply of properties to manage and increasing demand for bookings at our properties.
The ideal candidate will implement an effective sales approach that expands reach, strengthens client relationships, and guides sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and differentiate the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify Target Market:
Focus on high-value properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, buildings) in key and thriving neighborhoods - Leverage Existing Networks:
- Raise awareness about Guest Ready;
Attend industry networking events & trade shows - Utilise personal and professional networks to find leads — affiliates, investors, developers
- Collaborate with influential personalities in the real estate and travel sectors to expand reach and credibility
- Communicate GR Value proposition:
- Clearly communicate Guest Ready’s unique selling points, such as comprehensive property management services and potential revenue increases
- Use real-world examples and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential clients
- Create and distribute valuable content (e.g., blog posts, opinion pieces, case studies) that addresses property owners’ pain points; use content to nurture leads and demonstrate Guest Ready’s expertise in property management
- Build Solid Outbound Strategy & Pipeline:
- Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritises opportunities for growth with property developers, brokers and agents, including:
- Refer Guest Ready’s services to property investors
- Refer Guest Ready leads that are interested in buying property
- Partner with investors & developers to manage their buildings
- Explore fixed rent deals
- Develop targeted email and phone campaigns to reach owners and managers
- Form strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, and travel agencies to gain referrals
- Use outbound marketing tools to find and reach potential clients
- Build corporate relationships for corporate bookings and extended stays
- Build Successful Referral Programs & Promotions:
- Develop and promote referral & kickback programs to encourage current clients and partners to refer new property owners to Guest Ready
- Offer incentives for successful referrals to motivate participation
- Plan and run limited-time promotions to garner interest and conversion during low season
- Negotiate and convert deals
- Measure Impact:
- Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of outbound campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of business and sales techniques
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Fluency in English is required; any additional languages are a plus
- Previous business development experience ideally within the Real Estate sector in the UAE
- A network of property owners, developers, brokers and investors is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the short-term rental market, including pricing dynamics, property management best practices, and guest expectations
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

- Organizational and problem-solving skills
