Overview
Role
Purpose:
Supporting EVC accounts in MEA
- Business Development & Market Entry
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve significant market share and strengthen the company’s position in the EVC segment.
- Drive market entry and growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
- Identify, target, and acquire strategic customers including CPOs, EPCs, government entities, fleet operators, utilities, developers, and enterprise clients.
- Coordinate, manage, and submit high-quality technical and commercial bid proposals in compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions aligned with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track margins, and manage sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Customer & Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and expand strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the region (critical requirement).
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Competitive Insights
- Analyze customer requirements, competitive data, and market trends to develop actionable sales and product strategies.
- Monitor regional EV charging policies, regulatory frameworks, and certification requirements impacting business development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technical Solutions, and After-Sales teams to support deal execution and project delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns, industry events, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
Skills & Requirements- Proven EVC sales experience in MEA
- Strong government and industry network (critical requirement)
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Arabic & English required
- Willingness to travel frequently
Experience: Senior EVC Sales (5+ years)
Nice-to-have: Strong government and industry network (ADNOC, DEWA ...)
