SALES ASSISTANT

Offering- Salary up to €12k AED, according to experience

- Analyse sales data and provide insights on trends, performance metrics, and improvement areas.
- CRM, clientelling and after-sale service is crucial
- Able to work
- Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a Luxury/Fragrances or Interior design brand
- Champion of strong clientelling, ensuring consistent outreach and relationship building
- Looking for a strong personality, charismatic, hands-on manager, always present on the floor and very supportive, with an excellent interpersonal skill
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages, and proficiency in a third language would be a valuable asset
