We are seeking a Sales & Events Manager to lead revenue generation across Nikki Beach & Maison Mer, managing a dynamic portfolio of high-volume, lifestyle-driven venues in Dubai.
This is a multi-venue role with direct impact on topline performance, working in close alignment with F&B operations and on-ground sales & events teams to maximise lead conversion, optimise event execution, and drive commercially focused strategies.
The position is highly client-facing and best suited to a results-driven professional who understands how to monetise experiences, build long-term client relationships, and position venues as destinations—not just spaces.
The ideal profile brings:
- A solid track record in stand-alone F&B sales and events, with hotel experience viewed as a value add
- Proven Dubai market exposure, particularly within high-volume lifestyle and events-led venues
- A strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on conversion, revenue optimisation, and proactive lead management
- Confident presentation, negotiation, and guest engagement capabilities
- The ability to manage multiple venues and revenue streams within fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills to ensure operational alignment, flawless delivery, and elevated guest satisfaction
