Purpose of the Role

As a key member of the Regional Marketing & Sales team, the
Sales Hub Executive supports families enquiring about our UAE schools, guiding them from their first enquiry through to enrolment with warmth, professionalism, and care.

With several Cognita UAE schools experiencing high enquiry volumes and strong waitlists, an important part of this role involves helping families find the right Cognita school that best suits their child’s needs
,including offering well-matched alternatives when year groups are full. This is always done sensitively, with the family’s preferences, location, and circumstances at the forefront.

You will work closely with the
Sales Hub Team Lead
and
Head of Sales to ensure families receive accurate guidance, consistent communication, and a smooth, positive admissions experience.

What you’ll do
  • Manage Hub Spot pipelines for multiple UAE schools with accuracy and urgency.
  • Respond to enquiries within agreed SLAs and maintain high-quality notes for each interaction.
  • Track progression carefully to identify opportunities to support movement through the pipeline
High-Quality Customer Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries, ensuring every interaction is personalized, clear, and aligned with RES standards.
  • Use calls, Whats App (where appropriate), email, and virtual meetings to support families.
  • When certain year groups are full or heavily waitlisted, guide families towards the most suitable Cognita school options, ensuring they feel supported and fully informed at every stage.
Conversion, Sales Targets & Cross-Selling (UAE)
  • Achieve monthly and annual KPIs including enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Help families navigate the Cognita portfolio by offering suitable alternatives across our UAE schools
    , ensuring each family is introduced to the school that best matches their child’s needs, location, and preferences.
  • Approach cross-school recommendations thoughtfully, focusing on parent experience, transparency, and building trust.
  • Support campaigns such as Open Days, tours, assessments, Stay & Play sessions, and community events.
  • Re‑engage at‑risk families to keep the pipeline moving smoothly
Process & Quality Management
  • Ensure a seamless, enjoyable admissions experience across all touchpoints.
  • Follow the centralised sales processes for follow‑ups, documentation, reporting, and communication standards.
  • Support weekly reporting by maintaining accurate data and strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Use CRM insights to identify emerging trends or parent needs
  • Share parent feedback, competitor intel, and market insights with the Sales Hub Team Lead and Head of Sales.
  • Engage in regular coaching, skill‑development, and knowledge‑building sessions.
  • Contribute to improving processes and best practices across the UAE Sales Hub.
What we’re looking for Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service in the UAE.
  • Strong track record of meeting targets in a service‑led role.
  • CRM experience, ideally Hub Spot.
Skills
  • Ability to guide families confidently and empathetically.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A natural ability to understand family needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Comfortable working closely with the Sales Hub Team Lead and Head of Sales.
Working Conditions
  • Hours
    : 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday, with some flexibility required during peak periods or event days.
    Travel
    :
    Occasional travel to Cognita schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
