Senior Parts Sales Officer

Our team is passionate, diverse, and forward-thinking, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Parts Sales Officer to join us. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and shape parts sales strategies while working with top dealerships across two continents. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, optimizing inventory management, and maintaining long‑term relationships that make a real impact on our business and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with dealerships across the Middle East and Africa to understand their parts needs and forecast sales.
- Analyze sales targets and develop strategies to meet them.
- Create competitive pricing plans to maximize sales for dealerships.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely order deliveries and manage any delays.
- Work with dealerships to monitor sales and inventory data for efficient stock management.
- Set up and train dealerships on Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) reporting.
- Drive marketing efforts with dealerships to promote Isuzu parts.
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to sustain long‑term business.
- Monitor and enhance dealers' activities, including SPI and KPIs.
- Foster cooperation between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities.
- Create and implement new rules and procedures to streamline operations.
- Present key information and updates at dealer conferences.
- Frequent travel within the Middle East and Africa, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- A Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering.
- 2‑4 years of relevant experience in automotive parts industry.
- Proficiency in English (required), Arabic & French (preferred).
- Strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ker‑ridge.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; a highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross‑functional, dynamic team.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with an unwavering commitment to precision and punctuality.
