We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Book meetings and appointments for the sales team with high-intent prospects.
- Understand customer requirements, answer queries clearly, and provide suitable solutions.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
- Make reminder and confirmation calls for scheduled appointments.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the UAE market or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and proper grammar.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
