Outbound Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our maintenance services, and generating leads. Key responsibilities include answering queries, handling objections, maintaining call records, and achieving daily and monthly targets.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is mandatory. The role requires strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools will be an advantage.
