Outdoor Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Outdoor Sales Representative. The role involves actively seeking out potential customers, building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, providing product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also includes reporting sales data and trends to assist in strategy development.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide an excellent customer experience
• Proven ability in Sales, including identifying leads and converting them into customers
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and lead a team towards achieving sales goals
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in planning and organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary : 7000+

• Building and maintaining relationships with salons, spas, and wellness centers
• Outdoor/field sales targeting beauty and professional salon accounts
• Product knowledge in perfumes, cosmetics, salon & spa supplies, and massage products
• Product presentations, demos, and staff training support
• Client acquisition, follow-ups, and account management
• Negotiation, order closing, and contract discussions
• Market research on beauty trends and competitor brands
• Achieving sales targets and expanding customer portfolios
• After-sales support and customer retention
• Promotional activities and in-salon marketing support
• Time management, route planning, and visit scheduling
