Responsibilities- Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts.
- Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
- Updating customer information in the CRM.
- Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
- Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers.
- Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
Experience (Yrs& Field) Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferred.
Educational Qualification Preferably University Degree.
Skills & Abilities:
- Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
