Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through active selling, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and building long‑term customer relationships. The role requires a target‑driven, commercially minded professional who can operate in competitive markets and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and convert new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Manage after‑sales follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback for management.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual guidelines.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, corporate sales, FMCG, luxury goods, or service‑based industries.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
