Position: Sales Executive (Only Based Candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets for modular kitchen, interior designing, and furniture products.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Note: Only candidates currently residing in Dubai will be considered

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales activities to achieve targets for modular kitchens, interior designing, and furniture products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai and the UAE market
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, meetings, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, documentation, and CRM records
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors, fit-out, or related industries
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai / UAE market
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills (Mandatory Location Requirement)
  • Experience in the Interior / Exterior / Fit-Out industry
  • Existing client network in Dubai or UAE
  • Candidates must currently be residing in Dubai (applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
