Overview

Business Development Manager – Building Automation

Aire Search is excited to partner with a leading Canadian company in the building automation sector to recruit a passionate Business Development Manager for the GCC region, based in Dubai.

About the Role

Join an innovative team committed to the decarbonization of buildings, which is essential to achieving Net Zero in the built environment. Our client is a key player in transforming real estate with advanced cloud-based data analytics, significantly reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Generation:
    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across the GCC region.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Solution Selling:
    Educate prospects and conduct demos of analytics platforms through various presentation methods.
  • Full Cycle Management:
    Lead the entire sales process — identifying leads, crafting value propositions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to strategically position solutions for success.
  • CRM Management:
    Proficient use of CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    5+ years in technical B2B sales within SaaS, Prop Tech, or Engineering services.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Expertise in Healthcare, Higher Education, or Commercial Real Estate sectors preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with Building Automation and Energy Efficiency solutions is a plus.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel up to 25% for client interactions and industry events.
