Channel Sales Manager – Hospitality (MENA Region)

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth for our Hospitality Solutions portfolio across the MENA region. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a channel-focused professional who brings a strong personal partner network along with the capability to scale and manage an existing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has deep regional market knowledge, strong partner relationships within the hospitality sector, and a proven ability to deliver sustained indirect revenue growth.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will own and expand the channel strategy across MENA. You will manage a defined base of partners while continuously recruiting and enabling new high-quality channel partners aligned with business growth objectives. This role requires a hands‑on approach to pipeline development, strategic deal closure, and market positioning of our hospitality-focused solutions.
- Own and grow an assigned channel partner base through continuous engagement and enablement
- Leverage your personal network to accelerate partner acquisition and market penetration
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners including hospitality solution providers, system integrators, and service partners
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Drive indirect sales revenue across hospitality technology, property solutions, guest experience platforms, and enterprise hospitality systems
- Identify new verticals, territories, and partner‑led growth opportunities across MENA
- Develop joint business plans, pipelines, and realistic sales forecasts with partners
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Enable partners through product training, sales positioning, and go‑to‑market support
- Support partners on complex deals including solution design and deal closure
- Work closely with internal pre‑sales, technical, and support teams to ensure success
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
- Provide regular performance insights and reports to management
- Ensure partner compliance with company policies and brand standards
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or Hospitality B2B sales
- Strong hands‑on experience managing channel ecosystems in the MENA region
- Solid understanding of hospitality technology, guest experience platforms, property management integrations, and enterprise hospitality systems
- Proven ability to onboard new partners and scale existing relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self‑driven, commercially focused, and comfortable in a growth‑oriented role
