Role OverviewThis is a full-time, remote B2B Sales Executive role focused on driving outbound and partner-led revenue growth for IPM. The roleis responsible for managing the full B2B outreach cycle, fromidentifyingtarget accounts to engaging decision-makers and progressing qualified opportunities into structured sales discussions. This position combines hands-on execution with continuousoptimisationof outreach andgo-to-market approaches, working closely with leadership to refine strategy and messaging.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end B2B outreach across email, Linked In, and partner-supported channels
- Research andidentifytargetorganisations, high-fit accounts, and relevant decision-makers
- Develop and deliverpersonalisedoutreach messages thatinitiatemeaningful business conversations
- Manage early-stage conversations with prospective clients and partners
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and progress them into structured sales discussions with the wider sales team
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine outreach targeting, messaging, and overall sales approach
- Track outreach activities, responses, and outcomes, using data to improve conversion rates and effectiveness over time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability topersonaliseoutreach and build professional rapport
- Demonstrated experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or early-stage sales engagement
- Confidence in researching accounts and navigating conversations with decision-makers
- A structured andorganisedapproach to managing outreach activity and follow-ups (CRM familiarity preferred)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience engaging with corporate clients, partnerships, or professional services is an advantage
- Exposure to education, training, or professional certification environments is beneficial but not required
