Role OverviewThe Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new venue partners and selling Venue Wise subscription plans to hotels, restaurants, event spaces, and arenas. This role is execution-focused and KPI-driven, with clear targets for outreach, pipeline development, and closed deals.
The Sales Executive works closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director, follows structured sales processes, and contributes directly to the company’s revenue growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new venue partners by selling Venue Wise subscription and visibility packages.
- Leverage existing hospitality relationships to accelerate outreach and open new sales opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations with venue sales and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for the Sales Manager and Sales Director.
- Represent Venue Wise at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong existing network with hotel sales and marketing teams in the UAE.
- Demonstrated ability to sell SaaS, digital marketing, or lead-generation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- KPI-driven mindset with comfort working within structured reporting frameworks.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Based in Dubai with the ability to meet clients on-site.
- Experience selling to 4-star and 5-star hotels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Background in event sales, travel tech, or venue-sourcing platforms.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
