Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and optimizing customer satisfaction. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide the appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies and objectives.

- Engage with customers, providing excellent service through strong communication skills.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
- Assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of popular items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and provide feedback.
- Lead by example in providing seamless and personalized customer experiences.
- Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies to increase store revenue.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates to improve performance.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by following merchandising guidelines.
- Report sales metrics and customer feedback to management for process improvement.
- Fluent in Arabic; both verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to track sales activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales quotas and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
