Job Title:
Sales Executive – Automotive Sector (Car Care Products)

Location: UAE

• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
  .
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed with management.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  .
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities
  .
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE in automotive sector in selling car care products such as polishes, cleaners, ceramic coatings, microfiber towels, and detailing tools
  .
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Arabic is a plus
  .
• High level of initiative, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.

Candidates with experience selling vehicles (cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles) should not be considered. This role is not related to vehicle sales.

• Fixed monthly salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000
• Basic health insurance coverage
• Attractive commission structure: 5% commission on sales revenue exceeding the monthly target
• Commission calculated on revenue before VAT
