Sales Order Processing Coordinator (Sales & Logistics Coordinator
) – Dubai

We are a global leader in technical plastics for the lighting industry. Our new Dubai office will serve as a central hub, coordinating with European production teams and international partners.

We are seeking a proactive Sales Order Processing Coordinator (Sales & Logistics Coordinator
) to be the first local team member in Dubai. You will support European sales, manage order processing and logistics, and help build our operations in the UAE.

• Process and coordinate sales orders in ERP (J-Karat).
• Manage invoices, shipping, and documentation.
• Liaise with customers, European teams, and global partners.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.
• Track and report sales and logistics data.

• 4+ years in sales/order processing, ideally B2B industrial.
• Knowledge of incoterms and payment conditions.
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; J-Karat experience is a must.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment.
