We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our team and support our online sales and customer engagement operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through live chat, Whats App, email, and online platforms
- Convert online inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order tracking
- Manage and follow up on online leads to ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, accounts) for smooth order fulfilment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Update customer and order details accurately in the system
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or online sales
- Experience in a corporate or multinational company is mandatory
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or online sales platforms is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a sales mindset
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
Skills:
- Experience handling e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of online payment processes and order management
