LV Switchgear Sales Engineer; Customer Facing

The role is responsible for driving sales growth of industrial automation and control products, including VFDs, soft starters, motor control systems and LV switch gear components. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to identify customer needs, propose optimal control solutions and build long-term client relationships across industries.

• Manage responsibilities related to Sales, Key Account Management & Business Development of LV distribution products & Systems.
• Manage Channel Partners and Electrical Contractors across Abu Dhabi emirate.
• Support all aspects of the relationship with customers and create demand through Channel Partner & Contractors within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Build a strong project pipeline through demand creation.
• Instrumental in project’s finalization and approval with Contractor, Consultant & End Users.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence data on competition products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
• Connect Channel Partners to cutting‑edge offers, applications, and tools to enable their commercial success.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to offer full scope of Eaton Portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Partner Support & Marketing to deliver solutions as per project need.
• Highly collaborative in a matrix organization filled with diversity of backgrounds, experience, and perspectives.
• Prioritize customer needs & be aware of market trends and competitive insights.
• Self‑manage and achieve results in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment.
• Possess a passion for learning and take steps to sharpen your expertise and further your skillset.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in LV switch gear and Industrial Control systems in sales or similar role

• In depth knowledge of industrial control components, including VFDs and motor control starters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem solving abilities.
• Market intelligence.
• English and Arabic fluent.
