We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Executive professional with a strong background in Digital Marketing sales to drive revenue growth in Dubai.
This role is designed for a senior, performance-driven professional who understands consultative selling, digital marketing solutions, and modern sales tools. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high-value clients, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal marketing and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for digital marketing services, from prospecting to closure
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential business opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, proposal and closure discussions with clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Digital Marketing Sales Expertise
- Sell digital marketing solutions including performance marketing, lead generation, social media, and growth-focused strategies
- Understand client business goals and propose data-driven marketing solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery alignment
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and value-driven recommendations
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization professionally
- Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM systems
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management
- Use of AI & Modern Sales Tools
- Leverage AI-powered tools for lead research, prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups
- Use automation tools to improve sales efficiency and productivity
- Stay updated with evolving AI trends impacting sales and digital marketing
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong experience selling Digital Marketing services (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools used in sales, research, and productivity
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional mindset
