Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dubai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing brokers and client relationships. Day‑to‑day tasks include engaging with real estate agencies, responding to broker inquiries, responding to client inquiries, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the leadership team and marketing team to support promotional activities.

The role will require a results‑driven approach and a commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of 5+ years in real estate sales (off plan sales experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships
  • Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends and property regulations
  • Experience in lead generation, client follow‑ups, and closing sales
  • Ability to create sales presentations and proposals to engage potential clients and brokers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms for sales and marketing
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and processes efficiently
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate sales
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, such as Arabic/Mandarin, are an advantage
  • UAE driving license and own transportation is required
