We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle sales within a professional, process-driven automotive dealership. The role involves working with a diverse, international customer base and delivering a high standard of customer experience aligned with global automotive retail best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full vehicle sales cycle from enquiry to handover
Engage customers using a consultative sales approach
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and documentation
Coordinate with operations and aftersales teams
RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills
Proven experience in automotive sales within a dealership environment
Experience working in regulated or structured automotive markets (e.g. UK, Western Europe, Australia) preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
CRM and pipeline management experience
Professional communication and customer handling skills
Preferred BackgroundExperience selling to international or expatriate customers
Familiarity with compliance-driven sales processes
Target-driven and customer-centric mindset
