Overview

Teka Middle East is looking for a motivated Export Sales Executive to join our Export Sales Department and support the development and expansion of our kitchen appliances business across the Middle East and Levant region. Reporting to the Head of Exports, the role will be involved in business development activities, partner management support, market analysis, and project-related sales initiatives.

This position is designed for a motivated early-career professional seeking to build a career in international sales and business development. The role offers exposure to diverse markets, close collaboration with regional partners, and hands-on involvement in commercial and strategic activities. Based in Dubai, the position requires regular travel across the region and interaction with multicultural teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Exports in business development activities across the Middle East and Levant.
  • Assist in identifying potential partners in new markets and developing existing ones.
  • Support current partners in identifying new business opportunities, including new clients, projects, and sales channels.
  • Participate in market benchmarking, market studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Support in selecting and proposing the appropriate product portfolio for each market.
  • Maintain regular communication and meetings with partners.
  • Assist in project tenders, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Prepare internal reports, presentations, sales analyses and documentation in coordination with other departments (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing)
  • Provide general sales and commercial support to partners and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Background in sales, business development, or international trade is a plus.
  • Experience or exposure to kitchen appliances, building materials, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or similar is preferred.
  • International exposure or experience living in GCC countries is an advantage.
  • Fluent English is mandatory;
    Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, energetic, and eager to develop a career in export sales.
  • Enthusiastic about traveling, working across different cultures, and learning new markets.
  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE, at Teka’s regional offices, but due to the nature of the role, frequent travel across the region is required.
