As we expand our footprint in the UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth.

The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager (Syrian National) with a deep understanding of the UAE market and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the sales of our premium solar products and turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors across the UAE.
  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and site visits to technical proposals and closing deals.
  • Product Advocacy: Educate clients on the benefits of Max Power’s Italian‑technology‑based solar panels, Voltas inverters, and lithium storage solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and engineering teams to ensure customized solar solutions meet the specific needs of UAE clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on UAE energy regulations (e.g., DEWA/ADDC/AADC net metering policies) and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Nationality: Syrian National (Mandatory).
  • Language: Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the UAE. Experience in the Solar, Electrical, or Construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Network: An existing portfolio of contacts in the UAE construction or energy sector is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
