B2B Sales Executive – Automotive Aftermarket

We are a growing automotive aftermarket distribution company based in Dubai, supplying leading products including PPF, window tint, car care products, and automotive materials to workshops and detailing centers across the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This role is for a hunter — someone who enjoys meeting garages, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new B2B customers (garages, detailing centers, accessory shops)
- Conduct daily field visits in assigned territory
- Promote high-margin product lines including PPF, tint, and car care products
- Follow up on leads and convert trials into monthly active customers
- Ensure timely collections within agreed credit terms
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-ups
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly targets
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in automotive aftermarket sales in UAE
- Strong knowledge of garages, detailing centers, or automotive accessories market
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Experience handling B2B credit customers is preferred
