Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidates to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing FPI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) clients, institutional, corporate clients & high-net-worth individual (HNWI clients in UAEand the wider GCC region). The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.
Qualification:Education & Experience:
- MBA (preferred) or BCom degree.
- NISM certification is desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience as an FPI / Institutional Sales Manager for Indian/Global Capital Markets.
- Experience working in a brokerage, custodian or bank is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
- 4-5 years of demonstrable pure sales experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client acquisition in India and UAE
Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FPI and institutional investors based globally
- Existing book of FPI clients with decent AUM.
- Should be onboarded through independent routes, while strategically leveraging existing networks for maximum impact.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
Client Management
:
- Onboard and service FPI and Institutional / Corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide exceptional client service and address their investment needs.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies related to FPI and institutional sales.
Skills &
Competencies:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic speaking is preferable. - Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., UAE Financial Regulations, CFA) are a plus.
