Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-net-worth individual (HNWI), institutional, and corporate clients in Dubai, GCC and Africa region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products

Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Actively acquire new clients within UAE (especially Abu Dhabi ) and across the GCC, focusing on those interested in a broad range of multi-asset products.
  • Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
  • Achievement of product-wise targets.
  • Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
  • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.
Sales & Trading
  • Responsible for acquiring preferred clients (HNI / Ultra HNI).
    • Maintaining client relationships and generate AUM from preferred clients.
    • Structuring for HNI / Ultra HNI clients on their investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
    • Track the HNI / Ultra HNI segment in the market for new client acquisition.
    • To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities / financial mark trend to determine whether they fit into clients’ portfolios.
    • Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client’s personal data, align client’s need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long-term investment goals.
    • Achievement of product-wise targets.
    • Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
    • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.
Onboarding & Compliance
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable pure sales experience in Banking, financial services, wealth management with a strong focus on client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial market.
  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of GCC Equities, US Equities, Structured Notes, Insurance SIP and Global Bonds Fixed Income.
  • A strong existing client base in the GCC region is highly advantageous, and a transferable client portfolio is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Fluency in English is essential;
    Arabic speaking is preferable.
  • Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., UAE Financial Regulations, CFA) are a plus.
