Important Criteria

Must be an European Citizen. Settled in Dubai, South Africa, Oman. Should be from telecom sales background.

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the region with responsibility for growth.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Bring a proven track record selling complex telecom platforms and services, including core network solutions.
  • Sell to Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, MVNOs, CSPs, and enterprise telecom customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior executives across the region.
  • Have 12–20 years of experience in telecom sales or business development.
  • Possess strong and recent telecom industry experience, particularly in core network technologies.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience selling core network solutions (e.g., packet core, voice core, cloud-native core).
  • Understand regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and procurement processes.
  • Be fluent in English
  • Use a consultative sales approach focused on customer business challenges.
  • Translate customer needs into value-driven technical and commercial solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Navegate long sales cycles and complex decision-making structures.
  • Show resilience, ownership, and strong follow-through to close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams.
  • Lead and coordinate regional virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously refine go-to-market strategies to stay competitive.
  • Have experience negotiating CAPEX, OPEX, revenue-share, or hybrid commercial models.
