The Business Development Specialist will support revenue growth and client acquisition by promoting and selling the company’s services portfolio to corporations and high-value individuals. The role focuses on building and maintaining client pipelines, converting leads into long-term clients, and supporting cross-selling opportunities, while adhering to compliance requirements and service quality standards.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the execution of business development plans and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned segments (multinational corporations, SMEs, relocation agents, high-value individual clients): prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handover to operations.
- Generate and qualify leads through Linked In outreach, targeted calling, events, and partner referrals.
- Balance office-based sales activities (calls, Linked In outreach, proposals) with field-based client visits, networking events, and on-site meetings to expand reach and close high-value opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support referral pipelines and bundled service propositions.
- Support the coordination of campaigns, events, and content initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Execute consultative sales by mapping client pain points (licensing, visa timelines, compliance) and crafting bundled solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and time savings.
- Cross-sell and upsell across the service stack (business setup → visas → Emirates → legal services).
- Promote and cross-sell Dubai Courts services, positioning them as part of the integrated government and legal solutions offered by the company.
- Maintain and update pipeline data in the CRM, log activities, support monthly forecasting, and prepare weekly sales activity reports.
- Prepare commercial proposals, standard SOWs, and pricing packages; collaborate with legal and operations teams for contract sign-offs.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence by tracking regulator or fee changes, competitor pricing, and partnership activity that may impact sales efforts.
- Monitor revenue performance of assigned segments, provide insights on trends and opportunities, and suggest actions to support growth and margin improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, business councils, and client meetings, contributing to brand reputation through professional client engagement and smooth service handovers.
- Support Customer Care and Operations teams by communicating commercial commitments to help ensure SLAs and delivery expectations are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 5–7 years of business development / sales experience (B2B focus), ideally in UAE or GCC.
- Direct experience selling services to Multinational corporations, SMEs, and/or high-value individuals.
- Experience in the government services / PRO / immigration / legal services space is highly preferred (knowledge of DED, GDRFA/AMER, MOHRE/Tas'heel, Emirates is a strong advantage).
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills: proposal writing, pricing, closing.
- Excellent knowledge of both Arabic and English is a must.
- UAE driving license, comfortable with field visits.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE.
