Job Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, increasing revenue growth, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services.

Location-Dubai

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all sales activities and prospects.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Contact potential clients to introduce products/services and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, product demos, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and close deals efficiently.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the management team for product/market improvements.
  • Identify new market segments and contribute to strategic planning.
5. Coordination & Reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
