Dubai, UAE | 6 Days Working | Enterprise SaaS | Automotive / EV Tech
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for a fast-growing, technology-led EV and energy solutions company expanding across the UAE and GCC.
Requirements: native Dubai-based candidate with strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales and ability to independently drive the regional pipeline while collaborating with global teams.
Role OverviewYou will be the on-ground sales representative in Dubai, responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing enterprise accounts, closing long-cycle deals, and representing the organization at industry events across the UAE/GCC.
This is a high-ownership role requiring enterprise selling expertise and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow the UAE enterprise sales pipeline
- Drive new customer acquisition through outbound outreach, partnerships, and events
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure)
- Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as primary customer contact and coordinate internally for delivery
- Build relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and ecosystem partners
- Support partner-led GTM opportunities
- Represent the organization at UAE & GCC EV / energy industry events
- Network with decision makers and government-linked stakeholders
- Share competitive insights and regional market feedback
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting
- Native Dubai candidate (currently based in Dubai)
- 4–8 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience
- Must be from SaaS industry (mandatory)
- Proven experience owning and closing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
- Strong experience in new customer acquisition & revenue growth
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with upsell/cross-sell
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across UAE/GCC
- Experience in EV charging / energy / mobility / infrastructure
- Familiarity with UAE / GCC procurement processes
- Experience selling to government-linked entities
- Exposure to OEM or system integrator-led sales models
