Position: Automotive Premium Sales Consultant

Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Sales function as a Premium Sales Expert.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat? Customer engagement and sales
  • Conduct personalized test drives and consultative discussions to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Highlight key product features, ownership benefits, and value propositions tailored to each customer.
  • Support customers through financing, documentation, and delivery coordination with professionalism.
  • Build long‑term relationships through follow‑ups and post‑delivery engagement.
Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with the TL and Hub Head to ensure feedback loops and alignment on offers and assortment.
Team and reporting
  • Track and report performance metrics (test drives, conversions, and other metrics mentioned below).
  • Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with the Premium Lead.
  • Contribute to an engaging, professional, and high‑performing team environment.
What’s Under the Hood?
  • Prior experience in luxury automotive retail or premium dealership environments (e.g., Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc).
  • Preferably candidates with international backgrounds to bring diverse perspectives and global consumer understanding to our premium business.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills suited to engaging premium clientele.
  • Passionate about cars, customer experience, and consultative selling.
  • Laser‑sharp attention to detail.
  • Communication skills that build bridges and trust across diverse customer backgrounds.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
