We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced market. Experience in off-plan and secondary market sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan and ready units).
- Handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct meetings and property viewings.
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, payment plans, and mortgage solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
- Generate leads through company CRM, networking, referrals, and online portals.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales transactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai (off-plan experience is an advantage).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a (plus).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
