We are recruiting on behalf of a global telecommunications technology organization seeking a Sales Director – EMEA to lead regional business development and drive growth across telecom operators and enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with a strong background in core telecom platforms, mobile infrastructure, and enterprise sales who can manage complex deals and build long-term strategic relationships.
About the RoleThe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the full sales lifecycle, and expanding market presence across the EMEA region.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver value-driven solutions and support long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve growth targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Sell complex telecom platforms and core network solutions to operators and enterprise clients
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior executives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
- Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Navigate complex procurement processes and long sales cycles
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Continuously refine go-to-market strategies

Requirements- 10–15+ years of experience in telecom sales or business development
- Strong experience selling telecom platforms or core network solutions
- Experience selling to Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, MVNOs, or CSPs
- Strong understanding of regional telecom markets and procurement processes
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
; additional regional languages are a plus - Ability to travel across the region as required
- Experience selling packet core, voice core, or cloud-native telecom solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional or regional sales initiatives
- Experience negotiating CAPEX, OPEX, or revenue-share commercial models
