WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of business and operational plans for venue services and Store Front sales. This role focuses on establishing partnerships with venues, driving additional service offerings, and ensuring commercial success across platforms.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Conduct detailed research and market analysis to identify new business segments and opportunities, both locally and regionally.
  • Pursue partnerships with venues to expand Store Front’s service portfolio.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to onboard new venues and drive uptake of additional services offered through Store Front.
  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue targets for both venue service partnerships and Store Front offerings, through exceptional client servicing and new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, contractors, vendors, and government entities to secure favourable commercial terms, permits, and operational support.
  • Assist in contract and agreement negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and favourable terms for the business.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Organisation policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate system records and meeting internal deadlines.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales capacity with a technical background.
  • Tech-savvy, with good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, Internet usage, etc. HTML background is preferred.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
  • Ability to work with the Commercial and Store Front team to ensure the commercial success of Venue Services tie-ups and the Store Front platform.
  • Willingness to set up and attend meetings, including visiting clients and venues, and travel locally if required, with flexible working hours based on job requirements.
