Job Title
-Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and initiating relationships with potential clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, market research, and early-stage client engagement to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and markets.
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach to generate new leads.
    • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales Support & Pipeline Development
    • Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
    • Support proposal preparation and follow-up communication with prospects.
    • Assist in nurturing leads until they are ready for conversion.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new business sectors and growth opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
  • Relationship Building
    • Establish strong first impressions with prospective clients.
    • Maintain professional and consistent communication.
    • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to Account Managers or Sales Managers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, telesales, or business development.
  • Experience in HR services, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting industries is an advantage.
