Sales Account Manager - Dubai - Healthcare IT

A leading healthcare technology company is seeking to hire an energetic, achievement-oriented Sales Account Manager to support the advancement of healthcare IT adoption, primarily within hospitals and clinical environments.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare customers across the Middle East. This role involves working closely with existing clients to understand their needs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful adoption of digital healthcare solutions.

This position requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong commercial awareness and communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Delivery, Support, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts in the private healthcare sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients to ensure they receive a high level of service
  • Understand client business needs and support them in achieving operational and strategic goals through effective use of healthcare technologies
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding solutions within existing accounts
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to closing
  • Contribute to strategic planning and develop account plans to ensure strong client ROI and long-term revenue growth
Customer Success & Adoption
  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous support and relationship management
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption to identify potential expansion or support needs
  • Coordinate client initiatives with internal technical, delivery, and support teams
  • Participate in customer review meetings, governance sessions, and follow-up actions
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting data
  • Monitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewals
  • Support internal business reviews and account planning processes
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles (preferably within healthcare IT or enterprise software)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions
  • Proven ability to manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region
