We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team and ensure smooth showroom and operational processes.

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales function by monitoring stock, managing reservations, handling cancellations and refunds, overseeing showroom operations, and generating insightful sales reports. This role ensures seamless coordination between departments while continuously identifying areas for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle stock while allocating reservations through the digital portal
  • Support the sales team with tagging and de-tagging requests
  • Receive and consolidate cancellation requests from showrooms and coordinate with the Finance team to process them efficiently
  • Validate and consolidate refund requests prior to submission
  • Oversee and support daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Compile, analyze, and generate sales performance reports
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operational processes
  • Observe, review, and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
  • General understanding of business operations gained through relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in handling telephone and computer-based systems
