Sales Manager / Sales Engineer 📍

Dubai & Abu Dhabi (UAE) + GCC Countries (Including Saudi Arabia) 🏢 About Us
We are a leading manufacturer of Solid Surface Acrylic Products
, supplying high-quality materials to the UAE and GCC markets. We are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to grow our presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales in UAE and GCC markets
- Promote and sell Solid Surface Acrylic products
- Identify new projects, contractors, consultants, and key clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Proven sales experience in UAE/GCC market
- Experience in Solid Surface / Acrylic / Building Materials industry (Preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages will be an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
- Willing to travel within UAE & GCC countries
Salary & Benefits:
- Attractive Salary + Commission based on target achievement
- Company Visa
- Allowances as per company policy
- 6 working days per week
- Working hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Sunday off
- After 6 months, Saturday may be off based on performance
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to develop new clients and manage key accounts
- Good knowledge of UAE & GCC construction/building materials market
- Technical understanding of Solid Surface / Acrylic materials (preferred)
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications (for Sales Engineer role)
- Strong networking skills with contractors, consultants, and project managers
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good reporting and CRM management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
