Role Overview
We are currently partnering with a dynamic and growing Freight Forwarding company based in Dubai, to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager to support their expansion across the Middle East. This role is ideal for a well-connected freight professional who understands the regional logistics landscape and can immediately contribute through existing relationships and new business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East
- Leverage an existing client network to generate immediate revenue
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Prepare competitive freight quotations in coordination with operations
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Minimum 3–5+ years of sales experience within Freight Forwarding
- Strong network across the Middle East logistics market (essential)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transport solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Commercially focused, self-motivated, and target-driven
- UAE experience preferred
