Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting and selling products or services, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve assisting with product training and communicating feedback from customers to the team.
🕒Duty: 8 AM – 5 PM (Mon‑Fri), 8 AM to 1 PM (Sat)

Visa: Freelance / Sponsor Visa only (min. 6 months valid) and present in UAE.

Remuneration:
Fixed Pay and Sales Commission every month.

- Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Sales expertise to generate leads, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in providing Training related to products or services being sold.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills, along with adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting and independently when required.
- Prior telesales or sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
