, a company specializing in auto tuning parts and motor sport products, is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
We are looking for a strong senior sales professional who actively drives personal sales while providing guidance and support to other sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive personal sales and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor sales team members
- Assist colleagues in closing deals when needed
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues is an advantage
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage
