How often do you find a CEO who is as dedicated to being a teacher and mentor as they are to growing the business?. Our team says the CEO makes the work fun, and now we’re looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join that energy in the IMEA region (India, Middle East, Africa).
This is a remote role based in Dubai (UAE), reporting directly to the President/CEO, focused on building growth across the region (with ~25–30% travel and a valid visa). Potential applicants must currently be located in the Dubai vicinity. Applicants from outside of Dubai will not be considered.

What you’ll be doing
- Prospecting and building a strong pipeline across the IMEA region
- Providing online demonstrations of our flagship SaaS product - OEL Fastrac+
- Closing sales of our SaaS product
- Growing and leveraging your network to reach decision-makers
- Planning pitches, presenting solutions, and supporting proposals (incl. pricing input)
- Strengthening client relationships and introducing new services
- Representing Affygility at regional industry events and sharing market trends
- Keeping CRM data accurate in Salesforce and participating in pipeline reviews
What we’re looking for
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- 3–5 years of life science industry experience
- Strong written/verbal English (additional languages a plus)
- Confident in prospecting for clients
- Proven sales experience in managing and achieving sales targets
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom
- A proactive worker who works well independently
